Forms + radio buttons

I am building a web page, it requires a form. I am using radion buttons, there are 5 of them. As it stands now visitors to the site can only click one option, as you click one button it clears and moves to the next. I want visitors to the site to have the option of "ticking" one or more of the buttons. Does any one have an idea of how to get Publisher 2007 to allow this.
