Forms LOV display 1 column out of 3

I doing forms after a long time.... so I have this question now.

I have an LOV where I am selecting 3 columns a, b, c and they are returned to 3 text items - a_text, b_text, c_text. In the LOV, I want to display only 1 column i.e column - a. How do I do this? suggestions...

On the LOV column mapping properties, set the columns you wish to hide to a width of zero.
