Have a main form for Health Plan Member Demographics based on a table.
A subform with Physician Demographics that the members have seen is based on a second table. The member usually has seen more than one physician.
The two tables are connected in the subform by a common identifier in each.
Would like to have users see the list of Unique Physicians, Physician Zip Code, etc and only show the Members associated with those doctors etc.
Is this feasible?

Build a mainform based on Physicians and a continuous linked subform based on Members ?

Hope This Helps, PH.
