Forms Deployment - VERY URGENT

My life depends on this and I know you don't know me but you can save.
I have created forms and reports, built them using project builder.
But how do I create an icon on the desk top where users can click on it to use it?
PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

1)Create a shortcut on the desktop

2) In the command line field enter the path the executable ( depends on your install and version) and the form name.
I.E.
c:\ORANT\BIN\F50run32 formname

3) If this from calls another form put in the path of the directory that contains the forms in the start in field
