Forms crashing when embedding an Oracle Graphics Chart

I have a Forms 4.5 application that embeds an Oracle Graphics chart on the form. The line that runs the graphics program is og.open.

Each time the code reaches this line, the forms that are being used close (with no error message) and the ORacle graphics batch file keeps running.

I am trying to embed the .ogd file. I can open the .ogd file using the g25run32.exe with no problems.

Any advice?
