Forms, Copy certain fields from current record to new record

I have a form that is used for data entry. I have six fields that I would like to carry over to the next data entry form for the new record. But when I press the add record button the fields are cleared. Any help.

If these are constant values (the same for all records) you can put the value in the fields' Default Value Property in the property window.
