Hey there. I've got a form and for the life of me I can't remember how to
have the page go to a thanks page once the submit button is clicked. When
that buttone is clicked, a warning pops up asking if I really want to send
via email. I've just got Windows xp and don't know if that warning is
screwing things? the page is TIA
Erik

Hi mate,

Are you running the site off of XP?

The pop-up will always appear as the information is being directed to an email address. The only way to get round it is to use a server side script..

If you are running the site off of xp then there is an windows alternative to sendmail but I will wait until you reply before I go into that...

This will give you a thanks and error page etc. and also remove the warning dialog..

Hope this helps Wullie

Yeah at this point its xp home (just got a new HP) so any help you could give would be great esp. a thanks page and what not.
