forms and SQL

I am trying to send data from a form to a SQL server. Both servers are internal. I receive an error saying:

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Named Pipes] Access is denied.

I have added the user to the user list in the database and can connect through the ODBC connection on the webserver, but not in frontpage.

What did I miss?
