Hi All

I have a subform in datasheet view. I wish to be able to select one row and send the data on this row to a report (in the form of an invoice). Is there any way to do this via the simple click of a command button?

I am sure this is simple, but the grey matter is on melt down :eek:
Thanks

Not a command button I'd suggest - BUT

Have the primary key value of the subform's records visible in a text box control.

In this control's On_DoubleClick event put code that :-

Opens the Report using
"PrimeKeyName = " & txtPKControl
as the WHERE clause in the DoCmd.OpenReport command

'ope-that-'elps.
