im creating a web site and database to hold all info on charity organisations and to allow online pledges. Initially, I wanted to link the two so they both talk to each other and transfer data/information. I have created a dummy web site (on flash) as a front end to the db which holds all info. my site has online forms asking for the relevant data - 1 for charities to be included on the db and the other for customers/donators. I have a third table that holds charity info - name, address, etc. this is done.

I have fields set up in access to hold the info but have no idea of how to ask them to communicate with each other. The forms on the site are in html format, and get sent directly to my inbox. is there a way of access looking at these forms (either from my inbox or the site directly) and importing the data to the main database?

I hope this makes sense... in summary, I need my db communicating with the html form and to extract the data from that form to the tables I've created in access - possible?

also, I will be creating a front end to the db for easy navigation and want the info to be presented in table form showing the selected data - is there a wizard that can do this for me?

I hope this make sense to you and if you can help it will be much appreciated.

thanks
