forms 9i ... help!!!!

ok. i can not load forms 6i onto my xp system so i am trying 9i. the problem(s) i am having is (1) is there a runtime or has that been replaced by the java client; (2) when i run the form in the java client, i cannot see the whole form...the java client screen (working area) is not sizeable and it is smaller than the form. so i cannot really do anything with the new version until i learn how to either resize the java form working area or i get the runtime.

what is a person to do????

Forms 9i supports only 3-tier deployment. What platform you're running on? Regards, Dima
