Forms 4.5 - Can the scrollbar x,y be dynamicaly changed in code?

Hi Everyone,

In forms 4.5 can the a scrollbar x, y coordinates be dynamically be changed in code?

If so can you tell me what code to use?

Set_Block_Property has a BLOCKSCROLLBAR_POSITION property you can set in Forms 6i. I'm not sure if this is available in 4.5.
