I am trying to find and use FormMail for Windows Server that I can get to send to our company intranet on Windows Exchange Server. I have tried devmail, blat, and a few others. The closest I got was for the form to process with the blat, it took me to the summary screen of what it is going to send, but never sends the e-mail. I don't know how to get the e-mailing to work and have it send to the exchange server.

Does anyone have a detailed explanation and/or a link to files I can download and try.

Thank you very much in advance for your help,
Mike

Mike,

Did you set the email field to an actual email address, existing on the exchange server?

Try adding this hidden field to your form:

<input type="hidden" name="email" value="you@exhangeser.com">

Just replace "you@exhangeser.com" with an existing account name and the name of the domain on which the exserver resides.

To avoid spamming, some configurations will only send the mail if the sender is "real"....

Regards

dkdude,

I have tried your suggestion, unfortunately with no luck, and now I am looking into the sources that ChrisHunt suggested. Thank you guys. If y ou have anymore suggestions, please post them.

Thanks,
Mike

hmmm...if on windows IIS why not use CDONTs or CDOMAIL component....in essence exchange is nothing more than SMTP server (as far as web is concerned)
All the best!
