Formmail on Win2k3 Server

I have tried just about every form-to-mail script out there. I can't get ANY of them to work on my Win2k3 server. I even tried installing CDONTS, to no avail.

What am I doing wrong? Do I have to enable CDOSYS somewhere?

Help, please? :(
