Hi !
I'm wondering if there is a way to apply XSL to imported XML contents in flash?

I'm developing an interface in flash that extracts XML data and now I've to apply all sorts of formatting to these contents. I know the simple bold, italic .. fomatting can be applied (enabling textbox to render html and having these tags in XML) but what about bulleted items? table like structures? Does any contol in Flash supports the other html tags? Is it possible to develop an XSL and somehow apply it do formatting ? if yes, can someone please guide me about that.

If not, what are the other possibilites or ways to apply advanced formatting to XML data ?

Thanks

Yasir

No pre-set formatting capabilites. Flash only supports the most basic HTML tags Regards

It's worth trying some other HTML tags out - a surprising amount of undocumented ones work in MX - &quot;<li>&quot; for example actually gives you bullets...

Thanks wangbar ! it surely is working. I still wonder though on the limited formatting capability of the textbox control when I'm importing text into flash. Is there a way to use action script to apply some sort of style sheet ?

Thanks Bubu! What I'll try now is to create something similar to simple style sheets using action script.
