I'm using Office 2000 and created a template using form fields since the document layout needed to be the same no matter who used it. One of the user's would like to bold or italicize specific words within the text they have typed, but the Format toolbar is not available. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I'm not sure which program you mean, but I think that most of the keyboard shortcuts work in all of the Office Suite.

Ctrl + B = bold
Ctrl + U = underline
Ctrl + I = italics

There are many more, do a seach in whatever program in Office you are using and you will see them (they might even be in the Menu's).

Peace! [peace]

I'm sorry. I'm using Word. I've already tried to highlight the words within the Word Form Field and do Ctrl + B. It still won't format just the one word.

Thanks!
