Hi,

I'm trying to set up a table of contents-type style for the list of exhibitors in a program. It should look kind of like the following

Code:
Exhibitor........27

I have this all set up with tabs and leaders. The problem is, some entries will take up two lines, like the following:

Code:
My New Exhibitor with a
Long Name............32

Is there a way to change the paragraph formatting so that if the exhibitor's name will take up two or more lines, then it will start to wrap at a point about 0.75" from the right margin? I still want the So, instead of

Code:
Short Exhibitor........23
My New Exhibitor with a
Long Name..............32
Another Longer Exhibitor
..............41

You have something easier to read like this:

Code:
Short Exhibitor........23
My New Exhibitor
with a Long Name.......32
Another Longer
Exhibitor..............41

I know that I could just manually break up names, but the column widths may change, I think, and I'd rather just have InDesign do this formatting automatically. If anyone has any advice, please let me know.

Thanks!

Misty

Unfortunately, I don't know of any tricks to do this in ID2. I run into that need myself in the same situation, but thus far I've been just insering manual breaks.

Bummer. It seems like such a common problem that they'd include it. Oh, well, manual breaks it is.
