Formatting the Start / Finish Date Columns for dates or/and times

I'm using Project 98 and like to know how to format the Date columns (eg - Start, Finish) to display either just the date the task starts on, or the date and the time as well.
Would appreciate any help!

I guess you instruct on other software.

Tools | Options | ViewTab: Date Format

The format you choose applies to all date fields in that project file.
