I am using automation to send emails using outlook and part of the automatic message that appears in the body of the email is achieved using the following string "authorisation no = " & authnumber.where authnumber is derived from a textbox in access. this works fine but I would like to make the variable 'authnumber' appear in bold. is this possible?
TIA

If you use a text box in Access you then have to convert to BOLD using your EMail client. If your primary EMail client uses RTF as it's primary format you could possibly do it by sending RTF data to the EMail editor. Or you could convert your standard text box(es) to an RTF control(s) and bold it yourself. In any event you should be REALLY serious about needing this done before proceeding.
