Formatting Report

When printing out report, which is 2 columns Some
of the letters are half printed on other side. OR
the Label is on one column and the text that matches
is on the other. This does not happen on every page thoug

Any ideas would be gratefully accepted.

Check the NewRowOrCol Property of the detail section. It should probably be set to Before Section

See if this is what you have set: the NewRowOrCol property of the group header to Before Section, and set Column Layout to Down, Then Across in the Page Setup dialog box.

If it is and its still not working, can you give me a little more detail about the report...Thanks

Can you run Tools | Analyze | Documenter on that report, and save it as a Word doc. Also, if you could output a page of the report to Word so I could see it too...
