Hi,

I've got a small problem with the formatting of text boxes and labels, as there seems to be a little bug in the new "Align - Distribute" Property introduced in Access 2002.

I have created a kind of "mail merge" in an Access Report (where it works better than in Word, thanks to the layout flexibilities of the Access reports).

It all works perfectly, except for the formatting of the text boxes and labels, where the text is actually cut off on the right side when the text is aligned as "distributed"; also, there is no "justified" option, which makes it look quite clumsy if there are not enough words in one line.

I have tried to use a Microsoft Word OLE object instead (which has the "justified" option), and here comes my question: As I use "compound" fields (text and letter-specific data such as date, time), how can I put this content into the Microsoft World OLE object (perhaps with a little help from VBA)?

Thanks a lot in advance! :)

Hi dhookom,

I downloaded the file, integrated the code in my Access file, and what can I say - it works perfectly! Thanks a lot!
