I am writing a presentation in Powerpoint 2007. Quite possibly, other people will actually give the presentation at some time so I am paying more than usual attention to the notes for each slide.

Is it possible to set up a template for the note text? I would like to have two or three layers of bulleting, quotes, emphasised paragraph, etc.

Hi,
On the View tab, you can click the Notes Master tool and format as desired.

Thanks for the prompt response. Sorry about taking so long to get back but I have been up country and a bit busy.
Another question:
If I use that tool to set up text level formats, how do I change between levels? I cannot see a way to get a "Styles" sidebar set up as I do in Word. Shift+TAB doesn't work either.

You indent or outdent text to change level.
