The users of my form will be entering data into different memo fields on a single form. Is there anyway that they can format text of their choosing as bold, or numbered, or bulleted, etc.? ::) Deb Koplen

No! At least not using the textbox control. You would need to use a rich text control.

Could you please expand on what you mean by a "rich text control"? Is this something I can do at the form level, or must it be done when exported? ::) Deb Koplen

I use a 3rd party control. FMS has an ActiveX control that will do what you want. The control name is called Total Access memo 2000. When the user tabs into the field, they can bring up the rich text editor with a function key. Do the formatting, such as, Bold, underline, images, colors, etc...
Then you can save the field to a memo field in Access or a text field in SQL Server.
