Formatting Lost in Enterprise Veiwer

We are viewing our reports over the web with enterprize 8.5 For some reason, the formatting on the graphs is lost.

Any Ideas?

Which Viewer are you using?

Try going in to Preferences and switch to the Active-X.

I checked the settings and we are already currently using the Active-X viewer. Any more ideas?

I think I've figured it out. When I save my finished graph as a Template, then apply the template to the graph and save, The formatting changes are saved and work through the Actixe-x viewer.
