formatting issue 1

Hi All,

I have a report where the first to columns doesn't print when I run the report thru online. I works fine on a 2-tire machine(but users run them thru online in html format). How can I get the first to coulmns on the report to print.

One field is varchar length of 18 and the other is of 100.

When I tried in pdf format it prints fine.

Iam using CR version 8

Any help is greatly apperciated.

How are they running these online? Are you using Crystal Enterprise, your post says CR 8.
