Looking for some guidance and direction.
I have a report that contains 13 variables. Of these, 2 of them have multiple data contents. In order to display this, I created a group on my primary variable - change ticket # and placed 11 variables in the group header and 2 variables that have multiple data entries in the detailed section. All is display fine.

My problem is..
My management would like to see ALL 13 variables on the same line so that it can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.

The 2 variables in the detaled section are formulas - DateTime
"if {wf.sequence} = 385 then {@tWF_enddate}" and
"if {wf.sequence} = 500 then {@tWF_enddate}"

I'm using Crystal V11
Does anyone of any ideas how to get all data output on the same line?

Thanks for your time

In Crystal 8.5, at least, you can do running totals within a group. See if a value was there or not. Then do a formula field to display.

Does this help? If not, you need to be clearer about what your data is. Maybe post a sample.
