Recently we created some reports that have the possibility of no data being returned. When this happens, the report obviously returns blank, but the formatting of the table is also squished into the top left corner, leaving the user to think that something is wrong with the report itself. Is there a way to either preserve the formatting of the table, or print "NO DATA" when no data is returned?

Thanks

Bob

Hi Bob,

When the report data 'squishes' to the left side on no data being returned, it is usually because any footers are set to Column width, and if the columns are dynamically set, then the footer width becomes zero. Change the list frame data widths to specified sizes, or set the footer to snap to parent to avoid this.
