Formatting for a Specific Printer

I am formatting reports that have to be printed on an IBM SCS 4234, but no matter what I do it always prints incorrectly. Even when I use the font that the printer uses (COurier 15 size 8) to create the report it never works out right. Has anyone here had any experioence with this printer and Access reports????
