I am using Outlook 2000 with Windows ME and am trying to send a brochure to some of my customers. I have never done this before, and am having some problems.

I have designed a short brochure in Microsoft Word with a jpeg logo at the top and some basic formatting such as making some of the words bold and centering some of the wording. I then copied this brochure and pasted it into an e-mail and sent one to myself. When I received it, there was no logo and no sign of any bold words. What is the problem. Thanks for the help in advance.

there could be a problem with file extensions, administrators like to block certain file extensions (usually the ones associated with viruses jpeg, pif, zip files ect. Or in TOOLS/OPTIONS/MAIL FORMAT within outlook try changing the "send this message in this format" to html or microsoft rich text.

jdy,

Did you try sending it directly from Word?

File, Send To,Mail Recipient

I do this on some things I want to keep the formating on.

I think you need to be composing your messages in HTML format. Check this in Options\Mail Format.
