formatting date output

Hi,

Are there any examples of formating the "#lastvisit#" date that is generated when using Client Management with the values being stored in a database.

I know that CF as a "DateFormat" function that uses masks but im not sure how to code the correct syntax?

Not sure, but:

#Dateformat(lastvisit, "mm/dd/yy")#

should work?
