Hi All,
I am using Cross Tab in my report and in cross tab I have
three columns. Each column should be in different color and
I am able to format the columns and colors. But I can see a
little whitspace between columns in the cross tab and I am unable to remove it. Can
any one suggest me a way to handle it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Go into the crosstab expert->customize style tab->uncheck "show cell margins".

Thanks lbass,
Itz already unchecked. but still I am getting a whitespace
between the columns. Can you suggest me someother alternative.

If you have unchecked "show cell margins", there should be no white space showing at all. I could not get any white space to show no matter what I tried. Do you have some special formatting that might cause this?

Thanks lbass,
Yes we have our own formating and we solved this
problem by using border colors. I have one more question.
We have a Crosstab in our report and it has two columns.
In the Crosstab, we can see a Column Header and we want to
remove those header such a way that Crosstab should look
like a simple table. For example, We want to show the report
like country and runs scored in every 15 overs.

India 100 200 300

Kenya 500 100 300

We need to a have one dimension instaed of two dimension
in Crostab. Can you suggest me a way to handle this
case in cross tab. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible in this site to attach
my screenshot here? so that it will be clear
for you all.

I'm not sure I follow, as you haven't identified your columns or explained how they relate to your display. If you mean you just want to eliminate the grid and the column labels, that can be done through the usual suppression and by unchecking "show grid" in the customize style tab->format grid lines.

Lbass,
Sorry, let me explain in detail. For example
My Database has three columns Country_Name, 1_15,15_30,30_45
and I want to display the columns in the Crosstab.

I am able to display the columns but in the crosstab I can see a Row header
like record. I want to remove/supress
that first row. First row refers to the header and not
the first record in the database. please let me
know if you need further details

Thanks Lbass

I cannot follow this. It looks like you are saying you entered two columns in the crosstab expert, {table.country} and some other field, but your display makes it look like you entered {table.country} as a row field, and the other field as your column field. I don't know what your summary is. Are you saying that your summary field is displaying a value that you don't want to appear?

If you really mean you want to remove the column labels (1_15,15_30,30_45?) then just select the labels->right click->format field->common->suppress.
