When i run my query, i got negative values for sales column. So i would like to format the sales values, so that negatives values will be red.Is it possible???Here's my SQL:

select effmonth, s/man, sales
from salestable.

Use a continues form and conditional formatting if you are using Access2000 or higher.

Everyone would agree with Zameer!

The purpose of a SELECT query is only to ... select! If you need visual "effects" apply them on a form.
