I have information (names, address, phone) in excel in one column (a). I would like to move all email address to another column. How can I do this without having to copy/paste.

Hi,

What's your objection to copy 'n' paste?

Actually you would need to CUT 'n' paste in order to MOVE the data.

Skip,

[glasses] To be safe on the [red]FOURTH[/red],
Don't take a [red]FIFTH[/red] on the [red]THIRD[/red]
Or you might not come [red]FORTH[/red] on the [red]FIFTH[/red]
[red][highlight blue]FORTH[/highlight][/red][white][highlight red]WITH[/highlight][/white] [tongue]

The only problem I have with cut and paste is the amount of information. It would take hours to do this. I will repost in forum 68

Thanks,
