Formatting a header 1

host1:Hostname: host1
host1:OS: Linux

host2:Type: Intel
host2:Hostname: host2
host2:OS: Linux

host3:Type: Power
host3:Hostname: host3
host3:OS: AIX

Partial file looks like above and I want the hostname before the host section and the hostN: gone.
