Hi,

I created a very basic graph in Access97 reading a table with 2 columns: period and amount.

i have 72 entries(bottom axe of 12 months X 6 years) and my vertical axe shows the amounts.

Originaly, my page size was "US letter", and my graph looked fine.

To make it more "readable", i would like to change my page size to "Us legal" but my graph stays narrow and doesn't use the additionnal space!!!!!!!

Any suggestions?

Thanks

If you created the graph through the wizard and then changed the page size in page setup - I believe that you must go in and re-size your graph manually much like you do in Excel. Make the report container as wide as you want it and then widen the graph within the report container.

Hi jmeadows7

First of all, i really appreciate your help.

I have tried your solution, but i doesn't work.

I made my report container 13 inches wide.

Then i edited my graph opening the graph window.
That window contains 2 smaller windows: the data sheet and the graph.
I can widen the graph, but it seems to come back to its original format as soon as i exit the editing window.

Even if it's narrow or wide, i can see all of my 72 months of data in the graph window, but when i open the final report, it seem like if the graph was cut and 6 months are missing. It looks like if the "image" was cut; what i mean is that if i look at the titles at the bottom, what should look like «march 00 april 00 may 00 june 00....» come like «march 00 april 00 ma » and there is no edge to the right of the graph.

I hope that my explanations are a little bit clear...)
Unfortunately, i cannot send any image thru this forum to be more clear.

Thanks again anyway for the time you spend trying to help me.
