Formating Boxes in a Report

Is it possible to create boxes in a report with a colored background and then have some of your text boxes in there? When I tried to do this, you can never see the text...I was looking for a 'send to back' or 'send to front' feature, but couldn't find it.

How can I get the text to appear over the colored boxes?

There is a "Send to Back" in the format menu. You must select the rectangle control and then send it to the back.
