When I format my report to legal/landscape - when different users pull up on the network they get different results. Most people have to format the report one time and it will format correctly for them going forward, some people have to re-format every time. Is there a way to get the Access reports to format to legal/landscape on a db on a network so that it maintains the formatting no matter who accesses it.
