Format postcards

I have a monthly subscription invoice I want to print on perforated laser sheets - 4 postcards to 8.5x11 sheet. I have two problems. First the 4 postcards per sheet do not layout the same - I think because of margins, gutters, row/column spacing, etc. Can someone give me advice on how to 'Page setup' postcards. Second the billing summary on left side must have CanGrow fields - does this preclude me putting any static fields to the right side directly opposite these fields - it seems to cause problems. Thanks.

I can address your second issue. A CanGrow field may have nothing to the side. I've also had troubles if it touches the control above it. "The Key, The Whole Key, and Nothing But The Key, So Help Me Codd!"
