Can someone please tell me if there is some way to prevent the following from happening:

If I send a document in an email that has a table, it looks completely different to the person I send it to - the formatting is totally off. For example, if I sent a table full of text with a black border, it comes through with the border clear and the table is resized to a different shape as well. One person I know got the information sent and it looked the same for them - but for all the rest of us, it was completely reformatted.

I have also had problems in which I send an email in which I make the text a certain size, but when I send it to the person, the text ends up the previous size for them again. Then I make it bigger so they can read it, but somehow it turns small again after sent.

Both of these occurred between internal Notes users. Any advice for these two issues would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like users have different design documents for the Memo form (the default form to display messages). Each mail database can have its' own design, but it's usually overwritten when the system refreshes the design from the server template.

This is why, if you create a memo layout that has your company logo (for example), you need to do it to the memo form in the master database template on the server, or else when the databases get their design refreshed they'll lose the modified parts.
