Format - multiple page detail result skips first page? 1

I have a Report section that prints out about 3 lines of text. The next section is the Details area and the last is the page footer.

Here's the problem:

If the details section is less than one page it prints out fine. However, if the details section results are several pages (one field can be multiple pages) then I only see the report section, a BLANK CENTER AREA and then the page footer. Then, the details section picks up on the second page.

How can I force the details section to show on the first page and then spill over on each page thereafter?

Check each of the fields and uncheck keep object together.
