Format incorrect in infoview

Hi ,

I am using Crystal Reports Xi with Crystal Reports Server (Infoview)

I have a report that displays a number of charts and tables. when I refresh it in Crystal it seems to work fine, but when I refresh using infoview, the report cuts off part of the chart and table. This happens regardless of format - ie. pdf or crystal report.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?

Sounds like a page layout error. There are lots of those with InfoView.

Try adjusting your page layout settings for the report objects in InfoView via the CMC.

I have seen this problem caused by the HTML Viewer. Change the viewer to either the ActiveX or Java viewer and the problem should disappear

I have now sorted this, I had to re-open the reports in Crystal and in the page settings click on adjust automatically which seems to fix it.
