I am using the Format Function in Access now.

Format(TPCardId, [00000000]) & [*01]'

How can I perform the same in SQL Server considering Format is not valid.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I wouldn't think your Access expression is valid. Is [*01] a field name? Is [00000000] a field name or valid expression?

Maybe you should provide some values of TPCardID and what you would like them to look like.

You should be able to use the Convert() function and possibly some string functions if necessary.
