I have a report based on a query. The query prompts for a value. However, only part of the prompt appears, part of it is cut off. For instance...

I have in my query "[Enter district or press OK for all Records].

However, I run the report and the prompt comes up, it only displays: "[Enter district or press OK

My query is called qryHS.
My report is called rptHS.
The field name is District.

Is there a way for the prompt box to be expanded?

Thanks in advance.

I don't get the same results. The following shows all the characters in Access 200
Like "*" & [Enter a factory name or leave it blank for all factories asdf asdfa dsf asdf ] & "*"

Correction, the above should state Access 2000.
