Format concatenated number fields

I want to concatenate 2 number fields as follows;

field 1 = 4563
field 2 = 4

to 4563 / 4

However, when I do this, I get the following;
4,563.00 / 4.00.

How can I remove the 1,000's comma and the decimal places please so that it shows as 4563 / 4?
