I have a report with an unbound field set to the following source-
="This current contract - "&[ContractName]&" - was started on "& [StartDate] &"."

All works well except I would like the date displayed in a different format then it is.

I also have another where thr number it inserts is correct, but is carried out to approx. 8 decimal places. I would like it to display with two decimal places i.e. 18.75 instead of 18.74679989

Thanks!

You can format the date:

="This current contract - "&[ContractName]&" - was started on "& format([StartDate],"dddd mmmm dd, yyyy") &"."

You can also format the number:

Format([NumCol],"#,##0.00")
