Format Categories in PowerPlay Reporter Mode

I am trying to align my text in the individual cells within PowerPlay 7.0 reporter mode. I want to use a vertical alignment to have the text align to the top or bottom of the cell, much the same way Excel works. I see nothing in the pre-defined format options. Anybody know of a way to modify a .ini or have any other ideas?

My issue is I want to decrease the space between my data in a report.
