Good morning all would you kindly tell me how to format the result of a query
I have at the moment this in the query column
test: [countofmalus]/[count]*100 which works fine
but shows 3.89078653 etc when I run the query.
I need it just to show 3 or no decimal places, even 1 decimal or rounded would be of help with my situ
many thanks
Nick

Hi

Try

test: format([countofmalus]/[count]*100,"#.000")
if you want to force 3 decimal places

OR
test: format([countofmalus]/[count]*100,"#.###")
if you don't mind having 1, 2 or 3 decimal places

Good Luck
