Form

Trying to create a basic Data entry form for returned product. Have tables with the Customers and the product , Transaction, and receiving.
Want to create a form using another table where the RA # is and the QTY, Date, etc.. However having trouble having the form open without the previous entry, and a subform. Is there a sample database that I can download that would work with simple data?(not the Northwind DB)

Create a macro that opens the form, in the details section open it in add mode, this will open the form to a new record.
