Hi,

Has anyone ever run into this problem? I have a shopping
cart form where a user can enter orders. When I was developing the form, I tested it on my pc. On my pc, it worked fine. However, on another user's pc I've found that when I click on the button that is supposed to take me to the shopping cart, the shopping cart form is coming up blank. Also, when I just try to run the shopping cart form by itself from this other user's pc, it's coming up blank.
By blank, I mean the following. I can see that the shopping cart form is coming up because the caption, "Shopping Cart" is appearing, however, all of the contents of the form (the buttons, text fields, subform, etc.) are not displaying. So, that I just have an all white screen.

Has anyone ever run into anything like this before?

Thanks,
MBaddar

Yes, if the from is not finding any records to load in the fields then It can appear blank. Usually adding one record to the underlying table will correct the problem. Also the references may need to be set.

Hi,

Thanks a lot! You were right. I just needed to add a record because the table was empty.

Thanks again,
MBaddar
