Form with no records?

I have a form that has just a set of buttons on that each of which will launch a report or form. There is no data
on this form.

Is there a way to turn off the control on the bottom that shows Record 1 of 1. Also there is a Verticle bar on the left side with a triangle. You can click it but it doesn't do anything. Can that also be turned off?

In the design of the form, view the Properties.

the control at the bottom with Record 1 of 1 is called the Navigation Buttons. Set that to NO.

The vertical bar on the left is called the Record Selectors. Set that to NO as well.

Additionally you may wish to set Dividing Lines to NO if you haven't already.
